Ashok Modi
Chairman
Mr. Ashok Modi is a first generation entrepreneur and the founder promoter of Mars Packaging Industries. Graduated from the reputed St. Xavier’s college- Kolkata, he was always ahead of his times. He paved the way and assumed leadership position since inception with his vision, dynamism, and passion for developing innovative packaging solutions. Over the last 20 years, he has effectively steered the multifold growth of the organization due to his unparalleled dedication, timely investment planning and being responsive to the ever-changing market trends.
Sourabh Modi
CEO
Mr. Sourabh Modi is a Bachelors in Economics from the renowned University of Wisconsin-Madison. He joined his father with a clear vision to make Mars one of the biggest players, domestic and international, in the packaging industry. Due to his sharp business acumen, technical and financial knowledge, Mr. Sourabh Modi has played a pivotal role in expansion of Mars Packaging Industries. His passion for packaging has helped him in acquiring new clients, innovating new products, optimizing procurement and capturing new industry segments.
Riddhi Rungta
CFO
Ms. Riddhi Rungta is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 10 years of experience. Having worked with Deloitte and the Aditya Birla group in the past, she believes in meticulous functioning. Mars has gained from her experience, making it a more well-rounded proficient organization. She ensures efficient financial planning, timely accounting & reporting and effective operating procedures.
